Potts, Robert Alvin
November 22, 1936 – January 29, 2013
Age 76 of St. Louis, MO peacefully on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church.
Beloved husband of Joan Potts for 55 years. Loving father of Robert A., Micheal R. (Pamela), Allen D. (Kelly), James F., Andrew V. (Jen), Charles W. and Susan M. Potts; cherished grandfather of 21 and great-grandfather of 10; dear brother of Frank, John, Vernon, Clearance, Anthony, Micheal, Richard and the late Mary Lou Cook Potts; dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend.
Robert was a valued member of several organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, Knights of Columbus, NRA, Local 837c and The Saint Vincent De Paul Society. He was also a long time member of Holy Trinity Catholic church, former member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help church, and an all around handy man.
Services: The Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday, February 4 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 3519 North 14th Street 63107, with a visitation starting 1 hour prior to the mass at 10 am. Interment Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Most Holy Trinity Church. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 3 from 1pm until 5pm in The Great Hall of Ambruster Chapel, 6633 Clayton Rd. (Clayton).
