Ronald Raymond Feuerhahn, B.A., M.Div, M.Phil, Ph.D., D.D.
died peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2015.
Beloved husband of Carol Justus Feuerhahn (née Throdahl) for 51 years; father of Kathryn Siân (Jeff) Muskopf, Heather Gail (Chris) Campbell, and the late Philip Charles (March 15, 1964 – March 16, 1964) Feuerhahn; grandfather of Jacob Blaine, Annabel Lee, and William Justus Campbell; brother of Harold (Helen) Feuerhahn; and brother-in-law of Peter (Kathy) Throdahl.
Ron was baptized into Christ at Trinity Lutheran Church, Cape Girardeau, Missouri, in 1937 and ordained as a minister of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (LCMS) in 1963. He then served as a parish pastor and professor in both the Evangelical Lutheran Church of England and LCMS.
Services: The funeral service will be held in the Chapel of St. Timothy & St. Titus (801 Seminary Place, Clayton, 63105) Tuesday, March 17, 2:30 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald Feuerhahn Student Aid Endowment Fund (Concordia Seminary) or the American Parkinson Disease Association St. Louis Chapter – Patient Services. Visitation: Monday, March 16, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Ambruster Chapel, 6633 Clayton Rd. (Clayton) and Tuesday, March 17 at 1:30 pm at the Chapel.
