Germaine June Balistreri, age 86, peacefully entered eternal rest in Jesus' arms on Saturday, November 14, 2015. Beloved wife of Joseph Balistreri for 58 years; loving mother of Mary (Rev. Michael) Redeker; cherished grandmother of Bidget, Aaron, Maxwell, Samuel, Victoria, Gemma and Sean Redeker; sister-in-law of Mary Brusky and Phyllis Hoyer (Nick). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Germaine was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Martha (Kendzierski) Brusky; and siblings Eleanore Goff, Bernice Kleinschmidt, Leonard Brusky, Erwin Brusky, Gerald Brusky, Irene Brusky, and Esther Brusky.
Services: Visitation will begin at 9:30 am Friday, November 20, 2015, immediately followed by a funeral service 11:00 am in the Great Hall of Ambruster Chapel 6633 Clayton Rd. (Clayton, MO). Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
