Eugene Robert (Bob) Eastin 76, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2015. Dear brother of Virginia (Christopher) Hoeper; dear uncle of Christopher E. (Katie) Hoeper and Tiffany A. (Scott) Auer; great-uncle of Adrianna and Ryder; Haley, William and Aiden; dear cousin, colleague and friend. Bob retired from teaching at Webster Groves High School in 1993 but continued to mentor young people. He was a long time volunteer, supporter and board member of the Transportation Museum Association. He was also a member of the MAC and their Apollos Club. He served on the MSTA board and was an alumnus of the University of Central Missouri. Services: Private graveside services for close family and friends will be held Wednesday. A memorial service is planned for a later date in June. Memorial gifts may be given to the Transport Museum Association, 2967 Barrett Station Rd., St. Louis, MO 63122.
